This is a kit that will remove the flapper valve from your RC51. The purpose of the flapper valve is to reduce the air intake noise but it costs you power in the process. The flat spot in the 5500-7200 rpm range that so many people complain about is caused by the flapper valve. This kit takes the average person about an hour to install. It comes complete with two new bolts and a vacuum line cap. The block off plate is made out of billet aluminum and is clear chromate plated to provide many years of corrosion free use.
